This complex, steps away from Mizzou, is designed to give you comfort and convenience with spacious floor plans, fully-equipped kitchens, large capacity washers and dryers right in every unit, oversized bedrooms and walk-in closets. You will also enjoy front and back patios/balconies, free parking and a beautiful pool! Don’t underestimate the value of having onsite maintenance, as well as friendly and accessible management. We go out of our way to make sure our tenants are provided a great apartment!

We offer 2-bedroom-2 bath units and 2-bedroom-1 bath units—by the lease. Please Call for Pricing.
If you have a true emergency like a fire or serious injury, please call 911 first before calling our office. We take maintenance requests seriously and someone from our office will be working with you ASAP. Tenants with a maintenance request between 9am to 5pm can call our Leasing Office at 573-443-6311 or fill out the request form on this page. We truly have 24-hour maintenance. After 5pm, calls go to our 24-hour maintenance line at 877-804-8757.
A free parking spot is allotted to each resident with a vehicle. Residents must have a vehicle in order to receive a parking spot.
Five separate visitor parking areas are provided at Ashwood Apartments so that our guests may enjoy free parking while they visit. Visitors may get temporary parking permits in the Leasing Office.
